Dr. Jorge E. Garrote, PT, ACSM CEP

Dr. Jorge Garrote was born in Cuba and raised in Spain. He attended Barry University for undergraduate studies in exercise physiology and graduated in 2012. During his time at Barry University he was involved in the Strength and Conditioning for the Athletics Department. He received his Certified Exercise Physiology with the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Garrote graduated from Florida International University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 with a focus in the orthopedic population. In 2018 he earned a Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, in 2021 earned a certification in Dry Needling . Hobbies include spear fishing, soccer, and travel.


Arley Avila Prieto, PTA

Arley graduated from Dade Medical College in 2015 with his Associates in Physical Therapy Assistant. Arley has been working with orthopedic related injurie since 2015. Arley takes a hands-on approach with his patients, ensuring superior care is given to all. Arley is very experienced in all orthopedic conditions and has cared for the simplest strain to the most complexes orthopedic surgeries.


Annelis Garrote, LMT

Annelis graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Librarian Sciences in 1988 and after emigrating to the U.S she discovered a new passion as a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduated from this profession in 2010. Annelis has been working as a Physical Therapy Aid/Massage Therapist since graduation and has a vast experience in assisting the main therapist in daily treatment, as well as, providing excellent services to all her patients. She will make you feel welcomed and like you are a part of her family.
